P.F.M. Self Referral Form

 A resource in the Greater Houston, Texas Area providing informal support for families of triplets and more, and those expecting the same. It is our intention to provide:

 

    • a central location in the Houston area network that helps mothers through their pregnancies,
    • parents adjusting to new babies, and
    • parents raising healthy, well adjusted higher order multiples and their siblings.

     

To accomplish this goal, we provide:

    • an online discussion group,
    • family picnics,
    • meetings for moms,
    • and other social events.

If you are interested joining, please fill out this form so we can get started!  The membership cost is $25 with membership lasting until October 2012.  (Payment will be through PayPal.)
